Good food has always been important to the Bifano family.

In the 1940’s, Christopher Bifano’s grandfather and professional chef, Arthur, fed his family healthy, delicious food, using all natural local ingredients. Two generations later, Chef Bifano runs his kitchen with the same guiding principles and stays true to Arthur’s approach to food preparation. Chris’ passion for cooking was forged by his mother Rosalie, in his childhood home in New Jersey. The memory of her tomato sauce simmering on the stove still inspires him today. Made in small batches using only the finest, farm fresh ingredients, Papa Bifano Italian Meat Sauce is a simple, tasty way to feed yourself and your family.
